So,here's the thing: Emoticons. user emotes and other stuff. I have 2 simple points I wanna make:

1.USERS CANNOT REQUEST NON-USER EMOTES:These emotes can be added by an admins' decision, Users don't command anyone,so don't request non-user emotes.

2.ABOUT USER EMOTES:Users are allowed to have emotes, but they must meet these requirements:

They must've been here for 2 months and have 40+ edits

or

Be a mod/admin

So there,these were the 2 simple points I wanted to make about emotes,if you wanna know anything,leave your question in my talk page
